This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing premium properties, providing tailored property advice to meet client needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining updated knowledge of available properties, building a strong client network, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to ensure positive outcomes. The consultant will collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the property transaction lifecycle.

• Proficiency in real estate consultation, property sales, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and analyze property trends
• Experience using CRM software and proficiency with property listing platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in the luxury real estate market or related industries is a plus
• Strong understanding of the New Cairo property market is advantageous
