Job Responsibilities:
As a Property Consultant at Excel Properties, your key responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating between buyers and sellers.
- Providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Preparing and presenting property proposals to secure deals.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
- Evaluating investor objectives and budgets to identify suitable property investments.
- Offering recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments.
- Negotiating prices with property agents on behalf of clients.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of real estate projects in Dubai.
