FCD Premium Real Estate Brokerage is hiring a small number of Dubai-based Property Consultants to work with buyer and investor enquiries across off-plan and secondary.
This is a COMMISSION BASED sales role with structured support (marketing + leads + training). You bring the discipline: fast response times, consistent follow-up, and professional client handling. (No Basic Salary)
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and set next steps (call / meeting / viewing)
- Build and manage your pipeline in the CRM (daily updates, clean notes, follow-up tasks)
- Prospect daily: reactivation, referrals, outreach, and relationship building
- Present projects and communities clearly (pricing, payment plans, timelines, value)
- Conduct viewings and client meetings professionally
- Handle objections, negotiate offers, and move deals forward
- Coordinate with developers/sellers and keep clients updated consistently
- Stay up to date on inventory, launches, and market pricing.
Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai
- 1–3+ years sales or real estate experience (Dubai experience is a plus)
- Strong English communication (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with targets and a performance-driven environment
- Strong organization: follow-up discipline, time management, CRM habits.
