Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property lifecycle, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable listings, arranging viewings, and advising on market conditions and pricing. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, preparing property presentations, handling inquiries, and supporting clients with negotiations and closing procedures. The role also involves building and maintaining a portfolio of properties, expanding the client network through prospecting and referrals, and ensuring high-quality customer service at every stage of the process. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and a smooth transaction experience for all parties.
Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and client satisfaction.
• Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of real estate principles, local property market trends, and relevant regulations.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site in New Cairo, with flexibility to attend client meetings and property visits.
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools used for listings, CRM, and reporting.
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is an advantage.
