Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full real estate journey, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, and advising on market trends, pricing, and investment potential. The role involves conducting property tours, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through negotiation and closing processes. The Property Consultant will maintain strong relationships with developers and clients, update market and project information, and ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed, data-backed property advice.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and manage expectations.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals effectively.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo and surrounding areas, including key developments and projects.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with real estate technology platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant university degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
