B3 International is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in Structured Cabling for its KSA division. This full-time, on-site role, based in KSA, involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the structured cabling market. The role includes market analysis, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive revenue and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management in the structured cabling or telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of structured cabling products, solutions, and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and networking skills with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to analyze market conditions, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
- Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed within the KSA region
