Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, creating sales forecasts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Planning, Sales Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong capabilities in Team Leadership, Negotiation, and Problem Solving
  • Understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
  • Motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Dubai's real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
