Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising and assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, understanding their needs, and identifying appropriate options. Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, tracking market trends, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in property transactions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, including an ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, practices, and local market trends is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work under pressure.
  • Must Have Experience In Real Estate
