Senior Property Consultant

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Heliopolis. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consulting, fostering strong client relationships, managing customer inquiries, and guiding clients throughout the property acquisition or leasing process. The role involves identifying suitable properties, facilitating negotiations, and achieving sales targets, while delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with a deep understanding of market trends and property valuation
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Customer Service experience with a commitment to delivering a high level of client satisfaction
• Proven Sales skills and experience in achieving or exceeding targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus
