Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi

Provide expert insights on neighborhoods, ongoing projects (e.g., Al Raha, Yas Island, Saadiyat, Masdar City, etc.), and future developments

Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics, ROI opportunities, and regulatory updates

Conduct property viewings and accompany clients to sites (a valid UAE driver's license is a plus)

Build lasting relationships with landlords, investors, and end-users through trust and professionalism

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency preferred)

Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a service-first mindset

Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
