Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and cultivate relationships with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to advise clients on optimal pricing and investment strategies.

- Lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

- Stay informed about local market conditions, zoning regulations, and legal requirements.

- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.

- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and maintaining a robust professional network.

**Required Qualifications:**

-6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales.

-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

-In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets.

-Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.

-Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
