Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate firm in the UAE, is looking for a motivated and experienced Russian-speaking Property Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, guiding clients through the full transaction cycle, and driving revenue through strong client relationships.

Responsibility
  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-provided sources
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
  • Promote off-plan and ready-to-move properties
  • Conduct property viewings and maintain professional follow-ups
  • Negotiate prices and terms to close successful deals
  • Stay updated on market trends, new projects, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Prepare sales documents and coordinate with developers for bookings and agreements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirement
  • Russian language fluency (mandatory)
  • Experience as a Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market (advantage, not mandatory)
  • Professional, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage
