Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a property consultant. The role involves guiding clients through the purchasing process of off plan properties, building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert property advice, and achieving sales targets. The Off Plan Sales Agent will handle client inquiries, identify investment opportunities, and stay informed about market trends to provide top-quality advice and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively support and engage clients.
  • Proven experience and expertise in sales and closing deals, particularly in real estate.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes within the real estate sector.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in training programs and continuous professional development.
  • Proficiency in presenting investment opportunities with confidence and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the local Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant education in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
