Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their property needs, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice on real estate investments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, preparing contracts, coordinating with sellers and buyers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Demonstrated Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is highly preferred
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is a plus
