Job Description

Job Summary:

The Property Consultant will be responsible of advising clients on buying and selling residential and commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing property transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset with a solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with buying and selling properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
  • Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company-provided sources.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve successful closures.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, including agreements, contracts, and transaction records.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, regulations, and new developments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property laws.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital property platforms.
  • RERA certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
