Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will advise clients on residential, commercial, and investment properties, guiding them through each stage of the buying or leasing process. Daily responsibilities include identifying and listing properties, conducting viewings, responding to client inquiries, and preparing proposals and documentation. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with developers and internal teams to meet sales targets. The Property Consultant is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and customer service while representing Rainbow Properties in the market.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and advise clients on suitable property options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, negotiate effectively, and provide clear, timely information.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions in a competitive market.
- Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market or a similar property environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages in Dubai) are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel locally for client meetings and property viewings are preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
