Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate purchases and sales, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and providing expert advice to clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and client relationship management
• Experience or knowledge in the Real Estate industry, including market trends
• Highly Presentable
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using real estate or CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
