Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office furniture products, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide exemplary customer service. The responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing the sales process, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and market trends. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with other team members to ensure successful sales operations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to achieve targets and work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide team members and enhance overall team performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in the office furniture industry is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
