Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate transactions, providing market insights, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of market trends and property management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build long-term relationships
• Proven Sales expertise with the ability to close transactions efficiently
• Proficiency in networking and interpersonal skills to expand client base and partnerships
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
