Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Property Consultant. The successful candidate will identify client needs, provide tailored property solutions, and guide clients through purchasing, selling, or renting processes. Responsibilities include conducting market research, showcasing properties, liaising with property developers and clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. The Property Consultant will cultivate long-term relationships with clients and contribute to fostering partnerships and driving future investments on behalf of RFZ Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate operations, with an ability to provide tailored solutions for property-related transactions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address the needs of clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including negotiation, marketing, and client engagement strategies
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, local property laws, and regulations is highly advantageous
- Proven track record in real estate or sales roles with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional results
