Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, and providing property consulting services tailored to client needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction are key components of the daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Generate sales and revenue for international property management.
  • * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • * Suggest suitable property options and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.
  • * Negotiate and finalize property deals smoothly.
  • * Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • * Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • * Network effectively to create new business opportunities.
  • * Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • * Guide and motivate team members to meet individual and overall sales goals.
  • * Maintain a professional and high-performance work environment.
  • *Cr in revenue during FY 201819, marking growth from 160 Cr the previous year, and recently achieved a 14% increase in gross profit, gaining recognition from leading media houses like The Hindu Business Line, The Economic Times, and Outlook India.
  • * Strong leadership, team management, and target-driven mindset.
  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • * Deep understanding of the UAE property market and client behaviour.
  • * Ability to plan strategies and drive high-performing teams.
  • * Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate services
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven expertise in Sales and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and related legal requirements
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in property consulting or real estate sales is desirable
