Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on residential, commercial, and investment real estate opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting property showings, identifying and analyzing market trends, negotiating property deals, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with investors, buyers, and sellers to meet their property goals and provide comprehensive guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and providing strategic property advice tailored to client goals.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients in a professional and approachable manner.
• Minimum 1+ of Proven experience in Sales and the ability to effectively close deals and negotiate contracts.
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate sector, including the ability to analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus.
