Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and enriching customer experience. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice on property investment opportunities, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The role requires staying updated on market trends and ensuring timely communication with clients to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate industry experience with proven sales record
• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
• Proficiency in a second language is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor and a client-centered approach
