Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding property investments, rentals, and sales. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying client needs, delivering tailored property solutions, building strong client relationships, and negotiating sales or lease agreements. The role also involves managing client inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with a strong understanding of the property market
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven Sales abilities, including negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting targets
• Previous experience in property consultancy or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is a Must
