Property leasing and Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Leasing and Sales Associate located in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, marketing available properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additional duties may involve maintaining strong client relationships, keeping updated with local real estate laws, and preparing relevant property documentation. The Associate will work closely with the Sales and Leasing teams to ensure excellent service and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in property leasing, property sales, and client relationship-building
• Strong skills in real estate marketing, property appraisal, and investment advisory
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and property valuation techniques
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Prior experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Valid UAE driver's license is required
