Property & Leasing Manager

We are proud to announce an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as Head of Property Management & Leasing. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing diverse real estate portfolios within Dubai's highly competitive market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational and strategic oversight of a mixed-use real estate portfolio, including residential and commercial assets. This position requires strong leadership capabilities to manage a team of 12 professionals while driving occupancy rates, maximizing asset value, and ensuring an exceptional tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all leasing operations across residential and commercial properties

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and asset performance

• Manage and mentor a team of property supervisors, leasing agents, and contract coordinators

• Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulatory frameworks, including RERA and Ejari requirements

• Oversee lease administration, renewals, negotiations, and contract management

• Monitor rental collections, arrears, and tenant relations to maintain strong occupancy and satisfaction levels

• Prepare and present detailed performance, occupancy, and financial reports to executive management

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and tenant experience

• Collaborate with internal departments including finance, legal, and facilities management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

• Valid RERA certification (mandatory)

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in Dubai's real estate market

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale property portfolios (residential and commercial)

• Strong knowledge of leasing regulations, market trends, and best practices in Dubai

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
