This full-time on-site position for a Proposal Engineer is located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves preparing and writing detailed proposals, collaborating with electrical engineering teams to tailor proposals to project specifications, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Tasks also include engaging with sales teams to support business development, managing procurement processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of proposal preparation.

• Strong skills in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and understanding of technical specifications
• Experience in Sales and ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and vendor management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and proposal software tools
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in proposal engineering or project management is a plus
