We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR professional to lead multiple client accounts, drive strategic communication initiatives, and deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, relationship-builder, and team leader with proven success in agency environments.

Key Requirements

UAE PR Agency Experience Required (mandatory)

Proven track record managing government, corporate, or large-scale projects.

Strong UAE/GCC media relations network.

Ability to lead account executives and manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent English and Arabic writing skills (preferred).

Experience in crisis communication, campaign planning, and media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple client accounts with clear strategic direction and ownership.

Develop, present, and execute tailored PR and communication strategies for each client.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Oversee content development including press releases, statements, speeches, media pitches, and campaign messaging.

Secure high-impact media coverage across digital, print, broadcast, and industry platforms.

Manage brand reputation, crisis communication, and media inquiries with confidence and professionalism.

Lead PR campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, measurable results, and seamless workflow.

Mentor, supervise, and develop junior executives, interns, and account teams.

Analyze media coverage, campaign performance, and reporting metrics to deliver actionable insights.

Identify opportunities for client growth, new story angles, and increased market visibility.

Represent the company professionally at events, press meets, and key industry interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 57+ years of relevant PR experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in leading accounts and executing successful PR campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating media coverage and established media relationships.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Expertise in crisis management and reputation handling.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report PR effectiveness.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
