Role Summary
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction and non-construction materials, services, and supplies to support projects while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and services
- Issue RFQs, POs, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery
- Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-4 years experience in procurement -Real Estate field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of local Egyptian suppliers
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
