Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Controls (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
- Ensure effective integration of QMS with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 where applicable.
- Prepare, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality performance, KPIs, and prepare quality reports for management.
- Support quality planning, inspections, and compliance across projects and operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews.
- Carry out regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; ensure corrective actions are closed.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and client HSE requirements.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety training programs.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and client standards.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, auditors, and authorities during inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate QHSE documentation and records.
- Support management reviews and external certification audits.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a QHSE role within construction, manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, or facilities management environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001 (mandatory); knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred.
- Proven experience in internal audits, CAPA, and quality documentation control.
- Solid understanding of HSE legislation, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Certifications
- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA
- ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor
- ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications (advantage)
