Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Controls (QMS)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
  • Ensure effective integration of QMS with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 where applicable.
  • Prepare, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor quality performance, KPIs, and prepare quality reports for management.
  • Support quality planning, inspections, and compliance across projects and operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; ensure corrective actions are closed.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and client HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety training programs.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and client standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, auditors, and authorities during inspections and audits.
  • Maintain accurate QHSE documentation and records.
  • Support management reviews and external certification audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a QHSE role within construction, manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, or facilities management environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001 (mandatory); knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred.
  • Proven experience in internal audits, CAPA, and quality documentation control.
  • Solid understanding of HSE legislation, risk management, and incident investigation.
  • Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA
  • ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor
  • ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications (advantage)
