Roles and Responsibilities:
- IMS Management: Implement, document, maintain, and audit the integrated QMS, Lab, and Energy Management Systems (ISO 9001, 17025, and 50001).
- Internal Auditing: Lead and execute internal audits across all three standards, including finding management and follow-up.
- Risk & Contingency: Execute Risk Assessment and develop Contingency Plans for critical operational processes.
- Management of Change (MOC): Design and lead the formal MOC process to assess the impact of changes.
- Energy Management: establish the Energy Baseline (EnB), and define(SEUs).
- Data Analysis: Use specialized tools (Excel, BI) for statistical analysis of Quality KPIs.
- Non-Conformity Resolution: Apply advanced RCA methodologies (8D, 5 Whys) to resolve NCR's.
- 2nd party audits :prepare and follow-up customers audits, its findings and RCA follow-up
- External Audits: Support and facilitate all third-party and external Certification/Accreditation audits.
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
Qualification:
- 2 5 Years of experience.
- Certified or experienced internal auditor OF ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 50001.
- Proven experience in implementing, documenting, maintaining and auditing a comprehensive QMS.
- Language proficiency: Fluent English language.
- Computer skills: (e.g. Excel, Power BI, presentation) to extract insights and support decision-making.
