Role Description
- The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that company services, processes, and outputs meet established quality standards. This role focuses on monitoring performance, evaluating quality metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction experience 0 to 3 years
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies
- Conduct regular quality audits and performance assessments
- Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SOPs, and quality guidelines
- Coordinate with different departments to improve service quality
- Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective actions
- Support training initiatives related to quality improvement
- Ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, KPIs, and performance evaluation methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
