We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to oversee and ensure the quality of materials, processes, and final outputs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing inspection procedures, identifying quality issues, and ensuring that all products meet the company's and clients standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure materials and products meet required specifications.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, documentation, and records.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Supervise and train site teams on quality procedures and standards.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Quality Control, preferably in construction or real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant quality inspection tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred:- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or high-rise construction projects.
- Certification in Quality Management or QA/QC is an advantage.
