Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, majoring in Materials, from a recognized international university.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction materials, including testing standards, material classification, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi and international standards and codes related to construction materials and quality control.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Preferably holds professional certifications in Quality Control or Quality Management (such as ISO, PMP, or equivalent).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the implementation of quality standards in construction and infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee material testing processes and analyze results for compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and laboratories to ensure material and work quality.
- Prepare periodic reports on testing results and overall project quality performance.
- Contribute to developing quality control policies and procedures and improving overall performance.
