Quality Engineer

We're Hiring | Quality Engineer

Morcos Machinery is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in 10th of Ramadan City.

The ideal candidate will have experience in metal manufacturing, machinery, and production lines, with a strong understanding of quality inspection throughout the manufacturing process.

• Inspect raw materials, fabricated metal parts, and components.

• Monitor quality during manufacturing, welding, machining, and assembly processes.

• Inspect production lines, machines, and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Conduct dimensional and quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools.

• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain quality records.

• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Production Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.

• Experience in metal manufacturing, machinery, or production lines is preferred.

• Good understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Good knowledge of inspection and measurement tools.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
