Role Description :

This is a full-time Quality Specialist role based in Maadi, Egypt, at Xceed. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound, outbound, and back-office services to ensure compliance with quality standards. Daily tasks include conducting quality assessments, providing feedback to agents, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • GSM (Mobile knowledge) and Experience are a must.
  • Experience in telecommunications companies is a must.

((Vodafone Orange EX WE- Etisalat Misr- Etisalat UAE DU -AT&T - Verizon - etc)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in call center quality assurance is a Must
  • Knowledge of COPC and quality standards
  • Fluency in English is required.
