Our company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contracting and construction projects, with solid knowledge of cost control, estimation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings
- Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress
- Coordinate with project and site teams for updates on materials, work progress, and changes
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements
- Assist in contract administration, claims, and final account preparation
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in contracting/construction industry
- Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, and cost control
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
