Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage valuations and variations for ongoing projects to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Prepare cost and income statements, ensuring timely and accurate financial documentation.
Handle sub-contract management including preparation, negotiation, and finalization of sub-contractor agreements.
Conduct procurement rate analysis and assist in vendor evaluation and selection.
Monitor and control project costs against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare interim and final payment certificates for contractors and suppliers.
Support tendering and estimation activities by providing cost data and rate analysis.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to contractual terms.
Maintain proper documentation for all cost-related activities and assist in project audits.
