Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor (QS) - TENDERING & ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for a major residential building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quantity surveying, with specific experience in the UAE construction market, particularly in residential or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost planning advice.

Handle contract management, including variations, valuations, and interim payments.

Perform material and site measurements, and manage subcontractor accounts.

Ensure accurate cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

Prepare and agree on final accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a QS, specifically within the UAE.

Must have direct experience on residential building projects in Dubai/UAE.

Strong knowledge of local construction practices, contracts, and market rates.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and QS software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD).
