Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for on-site cost control, preparing BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
• Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry in the UAE is desirable
• Familiar with POMI

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
