Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing costs for construction projects, and ensuring that all project financial objectives are met. Daily tasks include cost control, cost planning for new and existing projects, and providing accurate cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to ensure efficient and effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and thorough understanding of cost management practices
- Experience in creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Strong skills in Cost Planning and the ability to develop detailed and actionable financial plans
- Competence in Cost Reporting with an ability to prepare clear and accurate project financial reports
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and high organizational ability
- Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for cost estimation is a plus
