Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial control for residential and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, BOQs, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial compliance with contracts and approvals.
• Coordinate with project teams to optimize costs and resolve financial issues.
• Conduct tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and procurement support.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying for real estate development or construction projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, and project accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction contracts, FIDIC, and local authority requirements.
• Ability to analyse costs, monitor expenditures, and support project financial decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
