Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost and contract administration across infrastructure and landscaping projects under Sobha PMC. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, controlling project budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving cost optimization and value engineering strategies. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee procurement, manage contractor relationships, and monitor project financial performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
