Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on residential and investment properties, conduct property viewings, and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords. Daily responsibilities include maintaining property listings, monitoring market trends, following up with leads, and preparing key documents such as offers and contracts. The role also involves building and maintaining a client network, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience throughout each transaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing capabilities.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, client-facing environment.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with real estate CRM tools, property listing platforms, and standard office software.
• Relevant experience in the New Cairo or greater Cairo real estate market is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
