Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Master Partners | Real Estate will support clients through the full real estate lifecycle, including property search, viewings, negotiations, and closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying suitable residential and investment properties, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating property tours. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing clear guidance on investment options, and collaborating with internal advisors to align property selections with client strategies. The Real Estate Agent will manage documentation, ensure compliance with local regulations, and represent the firm professionally in all interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real property regulations and practices
• Experience in real estate transactions and advisory, with familiarity in residential and investment real estate
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial
• Ability to analyze market data, assess property values, and present clear investment recommendations
• Comfort working in a structured, on-site environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
