Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, and marketing properties to potential buyers or investors. The Real Estate Agent will research property market trends, conduct property showings, build strong client relationships, and guide clients throughout the entire real estate process.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices and laws
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of the local real estate market
• Self-motivation, detail-oriented, and the ability to work effectively onsite
• Familiarity with Madinaty, New Cairo, or East Cairo locations is a plus
• Proficiency in technology and property management software is advantageous
