Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Daily activities include meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating with legal and financial partners as needed. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and regulations, as well as preparing contracts and documentation in line with company standards. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for building a client network, providing consistent customer service, and representing August Real Estate professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property principles and regulations.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing property deals.
• Strong Sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and meet performance targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and clear, respectful communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and property listing platforms; comfort with basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site across Cairo, conduct property visits, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial; prior experience in the Cairo real estate market is a plus.
