Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting clients, conducting property showings, and presenting suitable real estate options. Daily tasks include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, handling inquiries, and building long-term client relationships to support ongoing sales targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Strong Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, active listening, and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market, local regulations, and property valuation principles.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and real estate CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing for property listings is beneficial.
