Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on property investments, conduct property viewings, and manage the buying and selling process from initial inquiry through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting suitable real estate opportunities, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with developers and other stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, ensuring accurate property listings, and delivering professional customer service throughout the client relationship. The Real Estate Agent is expected to meet sales targets, maintain detailed records of client interactions, and represent Brokers Hub in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
