Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of properties, support clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate, and guide them through the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, and maintaining accurate records of listings and client interactions. The role also involves networking to expand the client base, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring service quality aligned with the company's core values.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and property valuation
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads and transactions
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is preferred
